  They are consistently inflexible and dismissive. They didn't service my bike to the extent they said they would and their service charges are high. The Shire has much better bike shops elsewhere.

  This is a very professional bike shop. If you go in with the intentions of buying a high quality bicycle (and paying the appropriate price for quality) then you will find none better. They really know their business. Don't take a cheap store-bought cycle in there and ask for repairs - they won't do it (at least they refused to do so for me). This said, I have bought 3 bikes from them over the years (one for me and two for my daughter) and each has served us brilliantly. You get what you pay for.

  Poor customer service, one of the staff was helpful and patient, unfortunately the other was the opposite, abrupt and rude. Purchased the desired bike at Bates Bikes instead, much better experience.
