    We sell and deliver over 1200 cars every year. Over the past 4 years that's 4800 cars. From reading the reviews posted (36 over 4 years) I see a pattern of mostly disgruntled customers leaving reviews. That is less than 1% of customers that are unhappy! An astonishing statistic for any company. Yet I am not happy with this.

    I have recently purchased a second hand 2015 Nissan Qashqai from Nissan Sutherland. My experience with the salesman, Michael, was excellent from start to finish. He listened to my requirements/preferences and was not pushy with his recommendations whatsoever. Michael knew what he was talking about and was very helpful. Michael even came in to the dealership on his day off to ensure the pickup of my new Nissan Qashqai went smoothly. All round very happy with our experience at Nissan Sutherland. Great job Michael & team!

    During our recent purchase of a second-hand Kia, he was extremely attentive, listened to our concerns, kept us updated and answered all our questions with patience. He delivered a level of customer service above and beyond what was required to ensure we left as happy customers. He set a standard many should aspire to and it is obvious that this is not just a part of his job but something that is a part of his personality. We were pleasantly surprised by his thoughtfulness and eagerness to please. He ensured the car was spotless when we arrived to collect it and happily showed us how the various features operated. We never felt rushed and nothing was too much trouble.
